I went in today for an emergency. The doctor with the green hair & the techs all staff was amazing and! My best vet experience in a long time there’s really nice atmosphere and they have free great quality dog treats! Definitely come by this place if you’re in need of a vet and they’re running a promotion right now for 25$ first exam fee. It was great! Will definitely be back!

Nipsey loves Bond Vet, she’s a fairly reactive dog and we were fortunate enough to get the first appointment of the day which helped relieve her fear when walking in. It definitely helps that they had more than one cozy nook for her to sit on. Both Dr. Buchalter and the vet tech examined Nipsey thoroughly and she was happy the entire time. We were able to address her allergies and stop her itching within hours due to their attention and medical experience.

The person who set up my appointment was kind, and the vet and the assistant were both very kind, gentle and straightforward. My old lady didn't make it (ended up taking her to an ER and end-of-life care the next day), but her encounter with Bond Vet was gentle and didn't add stress. Highly recommend.

The 77th Street location was absoleutly incredible. Amazing triage of patients in waiting room, appropriately escalating level of care for more sick patients as needed. Dr. Jay Sheintop and his colleagues were kind and compassionate with my dog who can be aggressive and reactive in the veterinarian office. Treated his allergic reaction quickly and without appointment. Appropriate level of post-care observation. Follow up recommendations and return precautions were clearly given. Very up-front about cost of plan of care - very reasonable for NYC standards. Would recommend Dr. Sheintop to any pet owner. Thanks for all that you do!

Great customer service from each person that I spoke to. They were able to schedule us to be seen in a timely matter to the reason for visit. When we arrived, we were seen promptly. The vet tech and the veterinarian were kind to my shy dog. They answered all my questions thoroughly and with patience. When we checked out at the front, the person was courteous. We are happy to have made the switch to Bond Vet and experience great care!
