Not a compassionate company
Not a compassionate company. I registered my cat for a free month trial with my breeder and a little bit afterwards. My twin sister passed away and I couldn’t go and renew her policy because I was dealing with so much paperwork and when I went to go in renew her policy they wouldn’t waive the illness period of 30 days even though I’ve already had her for 30 days and nothing happened during the trial. But they refuse to waive that. Even when It was a few days later as I was going through a lot. It says a lot about our company because God knows what would happen if my pet actually had something wrong with her and how the company would not be compassionate.
