Kept raising prices and horrible customer service
Signed up mid 2023 with them to get insurance for my cat. with a $200 deductible I was paying $36/month. Over the course of 1.5 years they kept raising the prices slowly to now it being $60/month thats almost double than what I originally signed up for. I just moved to a different province and when I asked them to change the address on file they said my rate will go up to $115.... I was absolutely not going to pay that and when I asked them to cancel my policy they left me on hold for 40 minutes and then finally got back to me and gave me 100 different pitches as to why I should stay with them. I started to get annoyed and actually told them straight up that I'm not happy and I dont need a sales pitch I just need my policy cancelled right away and they just kept going trying to convince me. Ive never dealt with someone so horrible and annoying..
