I have been a part of Healthy Paws insurance for approximately four years. I’ve submitted numerous claims to them where some needed additional information and others did not. They are great at explaining why it’s being approved or what isn’t being approved and for the most part most of my claims were approved After the deductible was completed. I found them to be very responsive and they expedite the check very quickly once the claim is approved. I find them to be more than satisfactory and handling my pets insurance needs. I would recommend them and I have recommended them to others looking for pet insurance.

Pets Best has been an excellent insurance company! We took my 2 year old dog for his yearly wellness check which included bloodwork & a vaccination. The visit came to $231.55. I signed up for coverage for both of my dogs and ended up taking my husky in because he was limping. We saw the veterinarian who diagnosed him with an injury which was new. I sent in my claim and it was denied. No reason whatsoever for it to be denied as that was his initial visit for trying to figure out what was wrong with him.

Claim was processed quickly and was explained clearly. I would definitely recommend PEST BEST INSURANCE.

Pets Best insurance gives me peace of mind knowing it's there when I need it. I am a responsible pet owner and can handle regular vet bills but want the security of knowing a major vet bill ($1000+) will be covered by insurance and not put a burden on my family.
