So easy to submit claims
Very easy to submit claims! I was expecting a lot of back and forth, or having to push for updates, get info from my vet, etc. but it was actually so easy to do right from my phone. The claims were processed and accepted in less than a month. Very happy with the service, and now I can focus my attention all on my cat’s health.

Highly Recommend Fetch!
I initially went to sign up online but needed to know if I could change the pet name attatched to the policy as we haven't named our puppy yet. I had to call in and I spoke with Nadine, who was very knowledgeable, pleasant and cohesive with the information. She answered my questions and had me signed up in no time.

Medical documents not read thoroughly
Medical documents were submitted as requested along with an amendment on the notes. I did not recieve the full reimbursement due to a pre existing diagnoses according to adjuster . I had to resend the physician notes for clarification and now waiting for the case to be reviewed. Takes too long to recieve reimbursement.
