Premium Amount goes up WAY too high every few months.
Premium Amount goes up WAY too high every few months. I don't think it's fair that i can change my deductible HIGHER but cannot change it back LOWER in time if i wanted. Trupanion is NOT my first choice AT ALL, I only stick with it because I don't have time right now to call around for diff policies.

Our pet schnoodle Molly
The claim is still in process as we had to take our dog Molly to the vet just this morning, and she ran further tests showing that Molly still has the UTI condition notwithstanding the regimen of medicine that she completed. So the condition is continuing and we look forward to how Trupanion will be handling the continuation of the original condition as diagnosed by the vet.
