My 18 week old golden retriever is our love and we hope to have her follow in our older golden’s paw steps to become a certified therapy puppy. I have 3 dogs insured with Trupanion and we love the peace of mind that when an emergency occurs we trust that our pups will have the best care. In the recent illness with Indy I was please that a good percentage of the claim was paid.

Metlifes inability to follow their own policies but drills to customers they MUST follow.
If you are going to quote words in the policy and tell the customer they need to follow it then Metlife needs to follow what is written in the policy as well. Metlife DOES NOT follow what they preach.

Reliable and upfront
What I love is that they cover all illnesses and accidents, not just a finite list. You can choose the percentage of coverage you want and everything is transparent and easy to understand. Filing a claim is very easy and straightforward in the app, and their live customer service is prompt, helpful and courteous. I am very thankful to have this insurance, as a serious accident or illness can easily cost many thousands of dollars. They have also never raised my premium for using the insurance, they only raise it due to the animal's age. I am very happy with Pets Best and highly recommend them, but I also hope you will never need to use them.
