You find any and every excuse to deny…
You find any and every excuse to deny claims. My pets are generally healthy and we take good care of them. I take them for a wellness visit and despite them receiving only routine care and me purchasing the upgraded our plan to cover wellness I get very small payments from you. I am not sure why I am paying $125 a month to you every month for you to reimburse me $40 for a $125 wellness visit for one pet. Seriously considering cancelling this.

Excellent and fast claims process
Our experience was excellent. We provided our trupanion information to the vet and they took it from there. The process was easy, extremely fast and no waiting for covered expense payment. You hope you never to use this coverage, but glad you have a reliable company when you do. We will totally recommend Trupanion to our friends and family for their pets.

What a scam
What a scam. Yes they are too good to be true as the rates are low but customer service is horrible. I switched my bank account and they didn't take the payment out of the right account. I called right away and provided proof this was their error and they sent it to collections and cancelled my policy resulting in a bad rating and NSF on my insurance. Customer service told me when following up for the 4th time, that if it was important that I could follow up on their general line. Reply to their comments. I did follow up. So many times. It didn’t get me anywhere but a collection company calling me everyday and an outrageous amount of insurance payment for the NSF.
