Pets Best is Amazing
Pets Best has been absolutely wonderful to work with, my pit bull mix has had several issues over the last year and they process claims with lightning speed. She recently had to have TPLO surgery, without Pets Best I wouldn’t have been able to afford it. I am extremely grateful and would 1000% recommend Pets Best and have recommended then to every one I know!
Very disappointed
This is my first experience with pet insurance and it’s disappointing. My claim was closed on July 10th with a direct deposit for my portion and a 2-3 business day wait. As of today, I don’t have the money. I don’t understand why an electronic transfer takes 2-3 days in the first place but I’m really confused as to why the money hasn’t shown up in my account, when I confirmed the correct bank information with them today, and they confirmed they released the funds. I’m definitely canceling when I find a replacement.

So dissapointed after 4 years of paying this insurance!!
I paid this company thousands of dollars over more than four years, and the way they handled the cancellation of my dog's insurance policy was ridiculously horrible. The cancellation was delayed due to their own website error, yet they refused to issue a refund. Their customer service showed no accountability or willingness to make things right. After my experience, I cannot recommend this insurance company to anyone. If I could give them 0 stars. Or even negative 5 stars, I absolutely would. David, if you are watching this. Please go back to the training and learn how to assist your customers right again from the beginning.

I have had completely positive experiences with ASPCA both with the comprehensive coverage I have been receiving and also with my experiences with customer support. Betsy has been a great support to me on several occasions and they all have been to this point quite supportive, knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. My dog unfortunately has chronic conditions and without ASPCA Pet Insurance I would never be able to give him the proper care he needs. I am so satisfied with my decision to choose ASPCA after hours of researching other companies. I have also recommended ASPCA to family and friends who have chosen ASPCA. I hope the great service continues.
