Your representative Kayla was amazing! I was stressed with my pup being unwell, and was having trouble submitting my claim. She was knowledgeable, patient, kind, helpful and reassuring as she walked me through it. She did not at any time rush me through things or become impatient. It is so refreshing dealing with a rep who has such wonderful qualities. Thank you Kayla!

Nadine was an absolute delight and incredible in assisting us on setting up our new insurance policy from walking me through all my policy questions and giving me real life stories and examples for my questions and worries. She showed genuine compassion and relatability towards my concerns. I was speaking with Justin, who helped me determine the best plan for our 3 little fur babies. He was straight forward, answered all my questions, was pleasant and not pushy about adding extras to the plan, he was very helpful overall!! We decided to go with Fetch as it had the best financial options and we liked the coverage it provides :) wonderful customer service, fast responses, and explained how to properly file claims. Would absolutely recommend to those looking for pet insurance!

This was excellent customer service. Amanda was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions and provide quotes quickly and efficiently.

After a few days researching pet insurance I choose Fetch Pet. I liked the wellness option especially for a new puppy. Nadine was super helpful answering all my questions. Speaking to a real person with little automation to get to her, made the experience much easier. The app is a plus. I haven’t submitted any claims and hopefully I won’t need too. So far I am pleased with my choice and highly recommend Fetch Pet.
