I wish they had direct billing
I wish they had direct billing. If you forget to submit and it’s past 90 days, they don’t reimburse you. 90 days seems fair but life happens and when it’s busy, it goes by fast.
Other than that, I like them but will go with a company with direct billing with just as good reviews next time.
