Our cat's premiums went up over 400% in 5 years! We've protected our cat from day 1 with comprehensive insurance and have had very few claims. Now that he is a senior cat and is having some health issues, we're seeing our premium increase 60% year over year, and over 4x since 2020. There is no transparency -- are these increases due to having made a claim, or are these rates across the board for all cats of the same age & coverage?

I have been overwhelmed with trying to pick a pet insurance plan for my service dog whom I have just been matched with. It's so complicated, I have been looking at plans for almost a month. My cell service is bad so our call dropped twice and she called me back then waited until I solved the issue. She spent a lot of her time with me and I never for one moment felt pressured, upsold or hurried. Accident insurance began today, one day after the policy was begun. Illness etc has only a 15 day wait. Karley Gulash deserves a raise! She was just super and I wish there were more people in the insurance industry with her talent, understanding and knowledge of what FETCH has to offer. Outstanding.
