Will Not Recognize Uploaded Documents for Claim Review
I have been trying for months for them to properly review my claim. I have all records uploaded on my account but they keep stating that I need to upload records. I have informed them multiple times via email that those are all the records for the time period they requested, I even took a screenshot of the downloaded file shown directly in the app where the record is uploaded AND attached the document in an email.
To me, this seems like they do not wish to pay the over $1,800 bill. They have all of the information but are refusing to acknowledge it and refusing to believe me when I say those are the only records for the time they requested.
STAY AWAY!
They don't even list a phone number to try and contact them regarding these matters.
