Amanda Mello was very knowledgeable and very personable. She was efficient and friendly and her efficiency did not impact the level of service she provided. On a side note I did particularly like the fact that she referred to my dog Roxy as my baby,,, "what's your baby's date of birth"

Great customer experience so far!!

I called Josh at Fetch with a few questions about a new puppy we are bringing home next week! Josh was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! The website was super easy to navigate, and very informative. Great customer experience so far!

Not impressed so far

You don’t reply- the policy isn’t clear. I don’t feel like anything will be honoured- I’ll give it a year- but so far not impressed and starting to believe I made a bad choice.

SCAM wellness plan - Dont' BUY!!!

I bought their Wellness plan hoping that they could reimrburse for the dental treatment and many things. After I actually got the dental receipts to them, they refused to reimburse it because it is not done by an official doctor? This was never explicitly stated in their claim. This is a plan with a lot of "hidden" rules and you won't get your money paid in!

She is so professional and kind and caring, this was my second interact with her, first I got my dog insurance with her and I returned back to her again for my cat 😊 Thanks to Amanda and Fetch!

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
