Called to enroll my new puppy and had some extra questions about the Wellness add on. Amanda took her time to answer all my questions and also help customize my policy for Phoebe. As someone who works in a customer service focused industry it was refreshing to be provided with service I strive to provide to my customers. If I could give her a higher rating, I would!

CAUTION ⚠️ When I got fetch for my Bulldog in 2017 it was about $90 per month. Unlimited coverage, 90% co pay and $400 deductible. The following year my monthly rate went up by almost a hundred dollars. I called and asked why and they said it was in the fine print. They have the right to increase premiums as they see fit. At this point she had pre existing conditions so to get another insurance was not really ideal. I continued my insurance with fetch for a few more years. Each year it would increase by nearly a $100 a month. Long story short by the time she was 7 they were asking for $500 a month, lowered her annual coverage from unlimited to $15,000 and changed the copay to 80%. deductible remained $400. I canceled it that year I’d rather swipe my credit card and make the monthly payments to AMEX at least I get aeroplan points. Such scammers. Side note they did cover every claim I submitted but at what cost. $6000 a year plus $400 deductible…..for 15 grand in coverage and your still paying 20% of the bill.
