They ghosted me
I was so happy with Fetch and the quick response regarding my claims. Some of them were approved and some of them not, fair enough.
The only claim that I’m not happy with the follow up and response was for a neuter surgery. I’m fully aware that the insurance doesn’t cover that if I want to fix my dog just because. In my case, my dog has been struggling with some issues where he has been bleeding and the vet mentioned that could be a problem with the prostate and the solution would be neuter surgery. Why wouldn’t the insurance cover that when it’s a surgery to fix a current health issue? Since I tried to appeal their decision, I’ve been ghosted. I want a reasonable explanation and I stopped receiving answers.
From being an insurance company that I fully recommended all the time, not I’m doubtful of that.
