IT WAS FAR PAST THE WAITING PERIOD WHEN I GOT MY VET WELLNESS EXAM AND LATER WEEKS WENT ON AND DISCOVERED MY CAT HAD ISSUES NOT PRESENT ON THE WELLNESS EXAM AND THEY CALLED IT A PRE-EXISTING CONDITION? SCAMMERS!!! NEVER USE THIS INSURANCE. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT REIMBURSE ME, THEY TOOK 2 MONTHS TO RESPOND TO MY CLAIM WHEN THEY SAY IT WILL TAKE UP TO 2 WEEKS. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. WASTE OF MONEY AND UNETHICAL

One, small request.
When given the opportunity to put together a guide, for my dog,offered for free, from Fetch, I accidentally ticked off female. It wouldn't allow me to amend my error. Is there any way I can redo the questionnaire, so it's correct?
