I have had a great experience with Trupanion. Their phone support is easily accessible, friendly, and helpful, making the entire claims process quick and painless. Also, I appreciate their direct communication/claim processing with certain veterinary clinics. They truly keep their word and pay claims as promised. I recommend them without hesitation.

Well Done Spot
As usual, Spot was timely and professional in handling our latest claim. We have a 2 year old Golden Retriever, who has gotten himself into trouble several times, necessitating emergency Vet services. Well worth the low monthly premium
My 1.5 year old Yorkiepoo has allergies and receives monthly shots. Also, had him at the ER recently which was quite costly. The App is so easy to submit the claims and the response time is phenomenal! We received our large ER reimbursement in 3 days from my submitting same. The allergy shot reimbursements are just as quick! I am so pleased with Spot Pet Insurance and highly recommend it.

Very grateful for Spot
Very grateful for Spot! My cat just had an emergency and it was really easy to submit my claim. I was really surprised at how fast they processed it and got me my reimbursement. I thought because it was a large amount it would take longer but it didn't. Less than a week. My only complaint is that you can't change parts of your plan after you've already made one. This experience made me realize I need to change my annual refund limit, but, even at a new year you can't change it. I'd have to cancel and make a new plan.
