took my pup to emergency vet on a saturda...and My claim was approved in less than 24 hours over the weekend and I had my money deposited back by next business day! I am super impressed with how fast and easy it was to send in my claim.

I tried to get a quote. I was not able to add a pet/ since my last pet passed away. The work/ organization quote was more than applying on my own. The reimbursement quote was also better on my own rather than going through my (UC Berkeley) employer.

Amazing turnaround time!
I had to take my cat to the Emergency Vet, and she stayed for 2 nights. The bill was very high. I submitted the claim via email with all the hospital documents. It took me over 1 hour to complete this…
It took me over 1 hour to complete this form. It would not let me change my zip code which is incorrect on the form. It would not let me add my address. It would start to "jiggle" on the address and wouldn't let me go further. It took me over 5 times to do this. Very frustrating.
