My beautiful 15 year old dog needed to be helped over the rainbow bridge. When I let Pet's Best know about this, they reimbursed my prorated annual payment I had just made a few months before. I honestly didn't think that would happen, because I don't think most insurance companies will do that, much less do it without me even asking for it. It was an enormous blessing in an otherwise terribly painful time. I am very grateful, Pets Best.
