I could not be happier with Spot…

I could not be happier with Spot insurance. This is the first time we purchased pet insurance and we opted for the Gold plan and $500 deductible. Our 2 1/2 year old cat lost a large amount of weight and after a thorough workup, we had a diagnosis and plan for treatment. The meds alone were $600 for 6 weeks. We opted for aggressive care based on the age of the cat and hoping insurance would respond appropriately. I could not be happier! I started the claim the day my cat was discharged, we were waiting on two lab results before the vet released medical records. Within a day of getting the vet records,SPOT sent a claim notice paying 80% of the bill minus deductible and items such as postage there are not covered. I am amazed at their response!! This is better than my own health insurance and this is from a nurse's perspective. Thank you SPOT!!!! My cat is slowly improving and such a special little fellow to me.

Very pleased with how quickly they've processed my claims....

They have recently shown much improvement in processing claims very quickly--very much appreciated--and the reimbursed money is put into my designated checking account within a couple of days.
