Great until the renewal hike
Never had an issue with a claim. Both claims I've submitted have been processed within a week. However, the yearly hike in monthly payment has been a big downside. It feels like being punished for staying a customer. I asked for a quote as if I were a new customer and the price was much lower. Pretty disappointing

Good communication, quick turnaround times, easy upload process, reasonable about claims, even when we've had more claims in 1 year vs another (due to senior dogs being sick)... Thank you HP!
