When I got this insurance I thought to…
When I got this insurance I thought to myself what a waste! And then two years later my frenchie got epilepsy, I started my 1st claim, it was so easy. I was still skeptical and the 4 days later I got 80 percent of my money deposited into the account I paid it from. I was floored. They take care of my baby like I would. Thank you. I am impressed. This is not a robot. Or a scam. Its real

Not very user friendly
(1) Difficult to update refund payment options (it is an entirely different website, but that is unable to be found until you call). (2) The form to submit claims is not easy to use- Not editable & need to download to sign/date, etc.
