Incredible Customer Service
Quick response and Incredible customer service! The rep looked into the reason for this rare delay and was able to quickly provide an answer. When I mentioned a website issue I just wanted Embrace to be aware of, she also researched that and got back to me. Love this company!! If I have a question about a claim, they are open to discussing it, reviewing their decision and reopening the claim. They are very polite and patient when explaining things so I don’t hesitate to call when I don’t understand. Reimbursements are paid rapidly. Best decision I made after I got my dogs!

Timely and easy.
