A major technology issue made getting insurance very difficult. I was happy with the rate, but the customer service in trying to resolve the technicality issue was incredibly annoying.
After almost two months, my claim was finally settled. But I've been paying out of pocket for a rental since they stopped coverage for it, even though my vehicle was considered a total loss. Due to this, my payment NSFd, and now even though I've made the payment through the phone payment system, which took the money from my bank account right away, I have to wait 24-48 hours to be able to update my policy...dealership will not finalize purchase of new vehicle without a pink slip for the vehicle, so now I am stuck paying for the rental even longer, and due to work, I will not be able to finish the purchase of the vehicle this week, so now I'm stuck with more rental fees, no new vehicle even though my settlement finally finalized after almost two months, and 14 day new vehicle clause doesn't mean diddly to dealership. On top of being in an accident, this entire experience has been a nightmare.
