Very smooth. Everything went well. I wasn’t informed able to do everything online without the help of anyone.

What a scam. Yes they are too good to be true as the rates are low but customer service is horrible. I switched my bank account and they didn't take the payment out of the right account. I called right away and provided proof this was their error and they sent it to collections and cancelled my policy resulting in a bad rating and NSF on my insurance. Customer service told me when following up for the 4th time, that if it was important that I could follow up on their general line.

My claims person is an idiot. She is clearly unwilling or unable to read my policy. After 2 weeks of claiming I wouldn't have coverage, they finally read my policy and conceded that I do, in fact, have coverage. They have gone radio silent since Maki g that concession, phone number goes straight to voicemail, not answering emails, and will not provide any I formation on how to proceed. When I call the main line and explain this, the person operating tells me that it's not the fault of the claims adjuster, because even though they're the only person I am allowed to communicate with on this matter, they are in a work queue that prevents them from receiving or sending communications willingly. No communication, no coordination, absolute trash. Moving my policy away from this company ASAP and you should too.

Not too many questions and the questions were easy to answer.
