Sonnet is a classic bait and switch company. Low rates that instantly escalate, lack of communication, convoluted emails and a threat to cancel without notice. What a truly terrible company.

Easy policy change thanks to great service
Customer service was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. I needed to cancel my policy and set up a new one due to a change in my start date, and the process was handled seamlessly.
