I am truly impressed by how easy and straight foward it was to go from getting a quote to being a policy holder.
The Sonnet App is also user friendly and easy to find your billing info, pink slip and all information regarding your policy.

Easy purchase, would like ability to download quote
The site is easy enough to use. I liked the ability to customize the options for a condo quote. I would have liked to be able to download the quote so I could easily compare it to other quotes.
I found it annoying the way the page jumped back to the top when I was trying to look at the quote. That's a tech issue. It's as if the page was refreshing every one second.
Purchasing the policy was straightford.
