Claims process is easy and payments are received within 2 or 3 days. I would make it 5 stars if they billed the clinic, directly, right at time of visit but Ive been quite satisfied overall. The monthly payments are more reasonable than other companies as well

They are quick to get reports from the vet and issue payments. I gave four stars because there were issues with making payments to me. They would show that the claim would be paid but no payment was issued and they close the claim. I’d have to follow up and then payment was issued.

Very Quick response and claim time. Easy to submit documents on computer or app. The only thing I would improve is the total cap per year, and the ability for my vet to submit everything.
