Pets Best stiffs you on claims but the first on line to collect their premiums. Nothing is a covered service. Absolutely the worst.
Jackson’s Emergency Pet Visit
I had to take our pug Jackson to the emergency vet late at night because he was coughing and gagging. We were worried that he had swallowed something that was blocking his airways. Fortunately, the X-rays showed that he didn't have any obstruction and gave him a cough suppressant. I submitted our claim to Pets Best that very night and they notified me the very next day of the benefits and coverage. I received the payment 6 days later. I am so relieved to have pet insurance from Pets Best as they are incredibly responsive and timely.
Snake bite claim
I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. I had completely forgotten that I had pet insurance on my three dogs. In fact, it wasn’t until I saw the upcoming premium charge at the end of the month that I remembered I had the coverage! That turned out to be such a blessing. My nine-pound little Lulu was bitten by a cottonmouth snake here in North Florida, and we were so grateful that she survived. The veterinary bill was extremely expensive, and I wasn’t even sure what my insurance coverage included. Filing the claim was incredibly easy. I was able to do everything right from my phone by simply taking pictures and submitting the information. The process was so convenient and stress-free, especially during what was already a very stressful situation. And then you came through! You reimbursed after my copay and the covered percentage and paid the difference, which was such an unexpected relief. Knowing that Lulu was able to survive such a frightening experience was already a huge blessing. Having insurance that I had forgotten about turn around and help with such a large veterinary bill was the added gift. Thank you for making the claims process so easy and for providing the peace of mind that comes with knowing my dogs are protected. I’m definitely grateful I remembered that premium charge!

Tearing up when seeing such a prompt claiming assistance
My cat is currently undergoing lymphoma treatment, and he is absolutely my everything. Going through this is not only incredibly expensive, but it is also completely heartbreaking. I can barely hold back my tears every time we have to see the doctor. During this painful time, the only real support I have found is from my friends and from my insurance, Pets Best. I am eternally grateful to you guys. I could never have imagined feeling so supported, and because of your help, I am truly looking forward to my pet's recovery. Hershey owes his life to Pets Best!
Hershey is my precious Emotional support Cockapoo and I just couldn't imagine him being gone at only 6! Luckily we had Pets Best insurance and we were able to get the best care possible for a tumor pressing on his vena cava and probably Cancer 😭 but, Dr Fontes @ OSU was able to remove it and it wasn't cancer, our baby came home and is doing well, Thanks To having pet insurance, you know she never know, grateful for sure!

Pets Best Worth It
My 1 year old german shepherd was vomiting abd not earing, losing weight my vet got her in right away. Did a lot of tests. Treated for GI upset. I had a follow up to test for Addisons disease which thankfully was negative. I submitted both claims, and had a response within a week and payment for both claims within 3 days of the response. Its better to have insurance and not need it than having a huge bill or worse not being able to help your animals. I never want to be in that position of making a decision because of the cost I know Pets Best has our backs.

I had taken my Alfie for his exam at his Vet's office and shortly after I got home I sent in on line his statements! There were a few questions, I then I attached statements and it was done so easily without any confusion! My check was in my checking account within 2-3 days! Petsbest is a company I can trust!
