I'm very pleased with Embrace Insurance! We just switched over from Nationwide Pet Insurance because of a rate increase and a decrease of protection! Embrace is covering us in full for less money than what we were paying Nationwide before their rate increase!

TERRIBLE company
TERRIBLE company. I decided to use this company because they partnered with Costco but Boy, is this company a scam. I enrolled on my pets 1st birthday the second year premium increased significantly, still decided to proceed continuing coverage to avoid another waiting period. Now I’m being told that my policy terminated because our policy was “rewritten” leaving a $20 balance after paying in FULL. Do NOT consider this company for adequate coverage for your pet.

I HATE THIS COMPANY
I HATE THIS COMPANY. I have been with them for a God awful amount of time. I submitted a claim - they closed it WITHOUT notifying me or giving me a reason. I called to ask why and they said it was because they didn't receive my paperwork. Well yea, they did. Bc they saw the email i sent with literally ALL OF THE DOCUMENTS THEY ASKED FOR. They then said, okay they got it, they'll go ahead and re-open the claim. Guess what - the DID NOT reopen the claim. I had to call again for them to tell me they didnt re-open it because the documents I sent needed to be sent from the vet. THE SAME EXACT DOCUMENTS. Again - with no notification or communication. Mind you, they have a folder in the app to "upload supporting documents" which i also did. Don't do it because it apparently does absolutely nothing but waste your time. I genuinely pray this company goes out of business and goes bankrupt because it has been the absolute worst experience dealing with these scam artists. I genuinely HATE this company with a burning passion. And dont give me your "we are sorry you had this experience" bullshit because you're not going to do 1 mf thing about it. F YOU ALL IN THIS GOD AWFUL COMPANY.

Spot Pet Insurance is an incredible company. We are so glad we joined. We recently had both of of furbabies seen be specialist in veterinary medicine. The fact that we had Insurance for our babies was a relief and helped with very stressful times. Our claims were handled quickly and our payments were equally fast. We are grateful for their care and attention.

This company used to be amazing, not so much anymore
This company used to be amazing! However, they were purchased by Chubb, outsourced their customer care team and not it is almost impossible to have a conversation with someone about a claim or your account. They are fast when submitting a claim, however if anything gets denied and you need to appeal, or need to further provide more information on a claim, you rarely get a response and there is no way I have found to get in touch with anyone to escalate. Wish they were as good as they used to be, my dog now has preexisting conditions so I am stuck with them, but when I get another dog someday, these recent experiences will have me looking for another company.
