Should have signed up years ago.
The coverage was easy to understand and gives you multiple options. Sign up was easy and I like that it is a payroll deduction so I don't have to worry about making another monthly payment. We just went through a very expensive health crisis with one of our other cats and we wish we would have had insurance.

Spot Pet Insurance has denied my claim…
Spot Pet Insurance has denied my claim multiple times for “missing medical records” that do not exist and cannot be provided. My dog is a rescue I adopted at age 2, and I have already submitted every available record from the rescue organization. Each time I call, I’m told the notes will be updated — yet they continue denying the claim for the same reason. Meanwhile, my dog’s condition is worsening and needs surgery. I bought insurance specifically to be protected in situations like this, and instead I’ve spent months resending documents and getting nowhere. If your pet is a rescue without a full lifetime medical history, expect serious problems getting claims approved.

Fetch is the winner....
I've been researching pet insurance for nearly a month, comparing all the major pet insurance companies and finally found the winner. My wife and I only want the pest for our 2 boys and after my call with Chris, I felt confident I made the right decision to join Fetch. Trupanion had been truly that to us
Trupanion had been truly that to us. We have had two dogs, one with multiple surgeries this year. Yes, it has not been a good year. But, Trupanion saved us in so many ways. Every pet should have insurance. But, not everyone can afford it. We would not have been able to afford the surgeries and treatment if not for our Trupanion insurance. So, we bite the bullet and choose to insure. So glad we did. I cannot thank the staff enough for making everything easy for us and for putting up with our questions. I would recommend Trupanion to every new pet owner. You never know when you might need it. And, although we have been paying for insurance for several year, it has paid for itself! Thank you Trupanion!!!

Great customer service experience
Customer service experience with Justin when applying for pet insurance for our new puppy was smooth and clear. Justin took the time to go through everything the policy I was purchasing covered and gave good examples of the different types of coverage so i could make an informed decision. I have never taken out pet insurance before, and to be honest I feel insurance companies make things very complicated and difficult to understand, however Justin broke everything down for me so I understood the entire policy and what is and isn't covered. It was a very good experience.

I pay so much for this insurance, My dog had 800 dollars worth of emergency treatment and only 100 covered. After 15 years, I am sickened by your horrible insurance
