Wow! Your claims process is beyond unbelieveable! I cannot believe how fast the claims were opened, reviewed, processed and paid (keeping me informed the entire time). Adoro is unbelievably easy to get signed up with, easy to submit claims and extremely fast on paying claims. I would recommend 110% to anyone looking for pet insurance. I was really hesitant about getting pet insurance and researched many companies. I am so grateful I went with Adoro. We adopted 2 black lab puppies in August and I signed them both up for insurance. I really didn't think we would need it especially not in the first year, let alone in the first few months. One of our puppies has already had an ear infection and a mass tumor growth that had to be surgically removed. We are still waiting to see what the growth is and if further treatment will be needed. Needless to say we reached her $1000 deductible and Adoro paid their part for her surgery. For anyone on the fence about getting the pet insurance I highly recommend you get it.

I've been a member with Pets Best since 2022. Submitting claims has always been easy and user friendly through the portal. I would say in the past 6 months, payments started being processed quicker which is nice. It's a relief to know that if something were to happen to one of my pets I can always get them the best care. I'll never have to make that tough decision of having to put my pet down because I can't afford the treatment which gives me peace of mind. I think if you have a pet, you owe it to them to provide them with a loving home and medical care. Getting pet insurance was the best decision I made for my pets. My employer started offering pet insurance at a group a group rate. I decided to stay with Pets Best because the other insurance had a cap on coverage (specific $ amount that they would only reimburse up to). I'm very satisfied and will continue having my pets covered by Pets Best insurance.
