Dr. Vance, with the assistance of Jenna, examined my sick cat yesterday, September 11, 2024. Dr. Vance was kind, patient, and thorough. Both of them were loving and tender with my pet. I have been taking my pets to Animal Wellness Center for several years now, and have seen other of their veterinarians also and they have all unfailingly provided kind, loving, and excellent care. The staff at the front desk, as well as the technicians, have all been kind, thorough, and very helpful.

Waited way too long before being seen. Owners and patients must remain in their vehicles when you arrive, and you must call the office that you have arrived. I did see technicians come out for people who arrived after me. Told the technician that I would like to be compensated for the time I had to wait. I was told that the office was short staffed. I noticed signs posted throughout the office of charging clients $40.26 for being 10 minutes late. What about the owners and patients that have to wait...oh yea, they are short handed and don't care. My dog was seen on 8-24-24 for a cough and the doctor did an examination. On 10-22-24 I took my dog in for his yearly shots. The technician insisted that my dog needed a wellness check and had to be seen by the doctor. Was charged $68 for medical exam and then $68 for wellness. It was never explained to me what the difference was. Couple thing I learned was that my dog has an instability in the left knee and will have to have surgery eventually and that next year he'll be a senior because he'll be seven. Come to find out that Maltese become seniors at about 10 years old. This place has changed. It's about how many patients can be seen and to push extra services. I was a client since 2019 with my first dog who passed a few months back. The only doctor who cares and goes above and beyond is Doctor Hart.

Took my little ratty Alfredo in back in April I believe when he had gotten attack badly by one of my other rats and they were amazing with him , they loved him so much and he’s become such a sweet boy!! Thank you for fixing him up, he’s been thriving

Our dog was suffering from some hip and leg pain. At my request, the office called us on Saturday morning after there was a cancellation. I was able to take her in, see the amazing, kind and patient Dr. Vance and obtain medication to help her after a very comprehensive examination. The vet techs were also kind and helpful. Extremely happy with this care. Thank you!

Having lived in multiple states, I’ve been to many vets. This one is by far the best I’ve encountered for my babies! My dog and kitten were given lots of love and treats by their team. Each individual being very attentive to my babies. Luckily my pets are food motivated so the treats made the exam and shots super smooth, they hardly even noticed!! Not only were my pets comfortable, I was as well. They were patient and willing to answer all of my questions, and were very informative. I am so happy I found this place for my pets!! Highly recommend (:
