I've had Trupanion since my cats were 10 week old kittens.
I've had Trupanion since my cats were 10 week old kittens...and they are alive and well at 9 years old (acting like they're 2) thanks to the phenomenal support of Trupanion - they helped me maximize benefits and saved each cats life 4x (not including the time one cat was nearly dead at 10 weeks old). ...and I've NEVER had to worry about emergencies and how I would have to pay for pricey procedures. The monthly policy is so affordable and is worth the small investment. ...literally saving me $25k collectively over the years. The staff and management and company are all a collection of individuals who truly live their jobs and it shows. The claims are processed either immediately via the vet or expediently when I submit a claim. The Submit Claim app it now has is excellent. Their policies only get better as the company has grown. I have never had a question left unanswered and staff will explain any policy questions several times if I'm not clear on it. I have not been paid for this endorsement.

Faster Than Human Health Insurance!
My dog had surgery on a Monday and the following Monday Trupanion deposited the reimbursement in my bank account. Filing was easily done online with a photo of the invoice from the vet. It's much easier than the "old days" when the vet had to sign the claim. Much faster than human health insurance.
