About 1 month ago my little morkie had an accident. She had to different vets one was an emergency visit. I did have to pay up front. Once spot rec info they needed I was pd within 2 weeks. I choose a 70% coverage and after my ded they pd completely. Did have my vet fax all info needed to them. I did think about dropping ins but iam so glad I didn't

Our pup has always been taken well cared for and PetsBest has always been there when we needed them. The process was very simple. The only difficulty I had was in how to pick what health problem it was. But after I got used to the list, it went much easier. I called once and the customer service person was very helpful. The reimbursement is quite quick as well taking about a week or so.
