Very happy with my MetLife Pet Insurance coverage. It is great that we can cover both dogs with a single plan that means we reach the deductible more quickly and can make the most of the benefits. I haven't had any issues with claims being denied even though one dog had to have some pretty serious surgery. Claim processing has been a bit slower than they said it would be, but overall, I've been pleased with their service.

I filed a claim for my 6yo Tibetan Terrier's ear infection which occurred within the 14 day waiting period. It wasn't covered, which I completely understand.
