Dental cleaning covered!
My 3 year old Bichon Frise had her teeth cleaned at the vet's... it was pricey but necessary. I called Met Life and was assured that the policy we had taken out would cover it. 3 days after i submitted the paperwork required I heard back that it was approved! Not many days later I was given options on how i wanted to receive my reimbursement minus my deductible... they were amazing. So glad we took out the insurance with them. Highly recommend.

A Lifesaver for Biggie
We signed up for Trupanion about two years ago, hoping we’d never need it. When our Lab, Biggie, unexpectedly needed emergency surgery, I can’t imagine going through that experience without them. The claims process was incredibly simple, and what impressed me most was that Trupanion paid their portion of the bill directly to the pet hospital. We didn’t have to pay the full amount upfront and wait weeks for reimbursement, which was such a relief during an already stressful time. Everything was handled quickly, and Trupanion kept us updated throughout the entire process. Having one less thing to worry about allowed us to focus on what mattered most—Biggie’s recovery. We’re so grateful for the excellent service and peace of mind Trupanion provided. I wholeheartedly recommend them to any pet owner looking for reliable pet insurance.

Amazing interaction made me stay
Cancellations were as easy as it was to sign up! I never had an issue with Fetch in terms of reimbursements or submitting forms. But, I called in to cancel as my premium was too high. My rep, Gerrone Newsome, was able to find options for me that were more suitable for me. He was such a big help that I decided to stay on :) Never pressured me to stay and always reassured me that I am able to cancel at any time. Would 100% recommend and, if you are able, would recommend to ask for Gerrone Newsome! What a great team you have here, Fetch.
