The boujiest vet I’ve ever been too! Everyone is so kind, soft spoken, and welcoming. From the moment you walk through the door, check in is super quick and easy. They have benches to sit, calming music, and offer sparkling water and an espresso machine. Dr. Fotios Bris was very informative and knowledgeable. He was very down to earth and reasonable about prices. It was very comforting and reassuring given this was my kitten’s first vet appointment. He roamed around the room and got to people watch while we discussed options for him. We ended up going with the kitten bundle which included vaccines, nail trims, an extra exam, nurse visits, and more. Not the cheapest veterinary option out there but 10000% worth the peace of mind and ease of booking appointments/speaking with doctors. Super great experience all around and definitely recommend!! :)

We absolutely love going to Small Door Veterinary! My goldendoodle, Huckleberry Finn, tends to get a little anxious walking into the vet, but Dr. Lane Simonin was incredibly sweet and patient with him. I really appreciated how she explained everything clearly and took the time to make sure we both felt at ease. She’s was such a sweetheart, and we’ll definitely be going back! 🐾

Top notch from the minute I walked in with my new puppy. The women behind the front desk offered to hold my puppy while I went to the loo. Was offered a coffee or sparkling drink and we sat separately so the other patients had their own space as well. Every staff member greeted the “pawrents” and fussed over their patient. My vet spent over an hour running down how their clinic worked and new puppy information. Then vaccinations and super easy take home dosages. Front desk had my bill filed and immediately booked my follow up at a time that’s super convenient for us. Totally worth the almost hour drive.

We love Small door UES, especially Dr Simonen, because we see her the most but all of the vets we've seen here have been fantastic and we love the place! We also love the fact that you can get your questions answered whenever an emergency happens with their app and their chats And they tell me right away when my Indy or Mesa needs to be seen. They also tell us what to do when the dogs don't need to be seen. Best people too from the person in reception, all the vet techs to each vet, they clearly all love animals

Extremely satisfied with my first Telehealth experience. Early morning on a Saturday, before the vet office opened, response in under 10 minutes, uploaded a photo of the problem - a suspicious mammary lump - and after a quick review was told it did not need an emergency vet hospital visit but I did need a vet to see my dog asap. The office was completely booked but Telehealth then made an appointment for me for 2 days away, but wait listed same day, and I ended up with a same day vet visit. The whole thing took about 30 minutes total on Telehealth chat. Very impressed. This makes me feel secure to know I can reach knowledgeable help so quickly.
