I have been bringing my cats to Dr Zola at University Animal hospital for years. They are professional, on time, very caring with the animals they see and honest. Their fees are reasonable and i never feel pushed to spend money for additional services. Every experience I have had with them has been positive and they always call the day after the visit just to see how the pet is feeling post visit. When I lost one of my cats in 2019, they were compassionate and carefully explained his condition, our options and offered guidance. I highly recommend this vet. I see mostly dogs when I am there, but they clearly work with cats as well.

Truly Exceptional! University Animal Hospital delivered when literally no one else would! I usually go to Banfield/Petsmart however their incompetence nearly cost me 25,000.00 in travel costs. University Animal Hospital solved all my issues in 1 hour and 27 minutes. I needed a last minute international travel certificate to the United Kingdom which requires a USDA APHIS raised seal and they made it happen. The entire team supported me when I was about to lose my mind. I am filled with so much gratitude for this company and team. If I lived in NYC I wouldn’t go to any other Vet. I would patronize their services time and time again! This is what true customer service and care for pets look like! Thank you again! Kyle

We love UAH 🐾❤️ They are great with travel paperwork! We are traveling a lot and they are so so helpful. Sandy is shy and very timid but they make sure she is not stressing. Dr Chan is amazing helping to deal with Sandy’s allergies. Can’t recommend enough! Wonderful staff.
