I have been going to Washington Square Animal Hospital for over 20 years. I’m now taking my second dog there. Dr. Lucas is absolutely wonderful. You can’t find a better vet anywhere. She goes out of her way to help you with any problem that might arise. She’s a great vet. The entire staff is so polite and helpful. You’ll feel at home there with the best care your pet can get. If I could give 10 stars I would!

What and amazing group of doctors and staff. All my questions are answered about my cat! I am so thankful for Doctor Kristen Kutesh. Love her my cat is not feeling the clipping of her nails. She is a grand dame. So much much better than St.Marks Vet. My neighbor suggested this before I went to St. Marks sorry I went there. Thank you eased a mom mind. I made the very best choice. By far the best experience I've had with a vets office. Been going for 2 years now and will stay on with them for as long as we're in the city. The staff is always incredibly accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. Scheduling is a breeze and it feels great knowing that our dogs (2 Australian Shepherds who synergize to create their unique form of chaos...) are in such great care. Friendly environment, efficient scheduling, great care. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the area.

ive been going to Dr. Lucas for 20+ years. I completely trust her with the care of my animals. She is an incredible vet and hugely compassionate human being. I have experiences with other Manhattan vets with which to compare her and she is so far superior over all those others. Most of the staff is as responsive and caring as she is. Highly recommended.

By far, the BEST doctors and staff. Dr.Lucas was my dog’s primary care vet and one before him 15 years ago. She is one of the most compassionate, caring persons I’ve ever met. I’m forever grateful for her care. Dr. Kutscher was there for me the last day of my beloved pet’s life and I will never forget her support and care that went above and beyond in every way. I highly recommend WSAH.
