I would highly recommend City Veterinary. We just moved back to NYC and my dog was diagnosed with diabetes. Dr Cloud has been in daily contact with us to adjust his meds and walk me through my anxiety about injecting him twice a day.. Calvin is doing well. Thank you Dr Cloud!

My cat Bubu had his neuter surgery here and it went really well. Thr doctor was super kind and explained everything about his aftercare with so much patience. He recovered quickly, by day two he was already doing great. The doctor and staff are all really nice and friendly. Highly recommend!

I have been a client of Dr. Kaplan's for many years and trust his expertise and advice implicitly. Thanks to his exceptional care, my beloved senior chihuahua and I enjoyed an extra year of happiness together. I will be forever grateful to him for making that wonderful year possible. I have since adopted another senior dog and he provides her with the same outstanding and compassionate care. I cannot recommend City Veterinary Care highly enough.

I brought my cat in for what I thought was a simple skin check, and we saw Dr. Kendall Leet-Otley. The appointment took an unexpected turn when she noticed subtle changes in his breathing. She didn’t brush it off—she assessed him carefully and made sure we acted quickly. That attention to detail saved his life; if she hadn’t caught it, he could have died that night. I’m incredibly grateful for her expertise, calm approach, and how seriously she took something that was easy to miss. If you want a veterinarian who is thorough and genuinely attentive, I can’t recommend Dr. Leet-Otley enough.

City Veterinary Care has been the veterinarian for two generations of my dogs and has provided excellent, compassionate, skilled care for them. I think they love them, which matters so much. Furthermore, not only is Dr. Kaplan a wonderful doctor but he staffs his clinic with highly skilled, caring doctors. I've often had to travel, leaving my dogs with someone else. I've always been able to tell them that in case of any emergency, they can call City Vet and take them to see any doctor in the clinic, because they will all provide excellent treatment. They are also very helpful in answering questions if I need to follow up. I cannot recommend them too highly.
