We just finished our visit once again here and we are extremely grateful. Dr. Fracapane and David. We are so appreciative of their help. They answer all of our questions and concerns. This place has a hardworking team, appreciation for animals and professionalism. This is the spot. We appreciate everyone. Ps Lucy and laika love you all!

My frenchie is a terror at the Vet and Heart of Chelsea (LES) has been the best vet by far for him. Staff is super sweet and helpful and they make adjustments based on his chaotic behavior. Highly recommend in general, but especially if your pup gets spooked at the vet!!

My dog Fideo always has a good experience here - we appreciate the care and thoughtfulness of the practitioners. They are knowledgeable and experienced and I always feel safe with them - major difference from multiple negative experiences I had at Bond Vet.

Heart Of Chelsea is a wonderful place. The vet can be a scary place (for pets and their people), but we always feel so taken care of here. Skylar has particularly exceptional bedside manner and made us and our puppy feel so safe and informed. If you’re looking for a vet, definitely consider heart of Chelsea LES.

I had a wonderful experience here taking my cat to the vet! They were very efficient and incredibly thorough during the check up. She’s skittish and not used to being outside of the apartment, but Odetta, Natasha and Dr. Tu were so welcoming and patient from the first moment to the second we left. I definitely recommend this vet practice.
