After moving to New York City, I spent a lot of time trying to find the best possible care for my dog, and I’m so grateful I found Tribeca Soho Animal Hospital. Dr. Lee, Dr. Connoley, Latesha, and the entire staff have been incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way. My dog Gucci recently passed, but I will forever be thankful for the love, patience, and compassion they showed him throughout each of his conditions. Gucci was a sassy little guy, and they always handled him with such care and understanding. During some of the hardest moments, they treated both Gucci and me with genuine empathy. I can’t recommend this hospital enough. The level of care they provide truly makes a difference.

I've been using this vets office ever since we (my mom and i) adopted our fur child, Mox. We have been treated very well and it is clean and well organized and the Dr always treats Mox well and professional. 10/10 highly recommend.

They have been my cat's Vet ever since I fostered him. Even though I live in Brooklyn, after I adopted him,I still bring my buddy to them . Never an issue,so friendly, and more importantly, Sam is treated like he's their cat. I couldn't recommend them more.

For years, my dog suffered from daily vomiting. Despite my repeated requests for food allergy testing, Dr. Lee refused and proceeded with unnecessary tests that all returned negative results. Only after my insistence was the allergy test finally conducted, revealing allergies to beef and chicken. Once his diet was adjusted, the vomiting stopped immediately. Furthermore, my dog was recently treated for leaking eyes and was incorrectly diagnosed with allergies. After months without improvement, I consulted a different veterinarian within your practice who discovered that his eye pressure was significantly elevated. Due to this undiagnosed glaucoma, my dog is now blind—a condition that could have been prevented with a thorough initial examination. The second veterinarian expressed shock that Dr. Lee did not check the eye pressure during the first visit. It appears that Dr. Lee prioritizes practice revenue over the well-being of animals. This lack of thoroughness and professional care has resulted in unnecessary suffering for my pet, as well as a significant waste of time and money. I will be advising others to avoid this clinic to prevent similar experiences.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Abusada. She doesn’t just care for animals—she truly cares for the people who love them, too. She always makes sure I'm informed and comfortable with every step of my pomeranian’s age progressions as he nears his 10th birthday. She takes the time to communicate clearly, never rushing through questions, and always makes sure I understand what’s going on. I fully trust Dr. Abusada and her team and will continue to travel across town for their care because they are the best in Manhattan!
