What would compel two upper west siders with three jointly loved cats to “schlep” down to Hudson Street for their annual shots , evaluations and intermittent visits? In three words — Dr. Marc Siebert. And beyond that, a lovey new spacious facility and a knowledgeable effective staff that gives its all for pets owners and their pets alike. In another three words- caring, compassion and continuity that extend well beyond any one visit. Going down to HOC on Hudson is a cat troika decision. Ruzicat, Mendel Donald Milton, and Rosalita Felicita La Negra wouldn’t have it any other way and neither would we Thank you Marc, Eunnye and Stephen

Dr Siebert and Anthony were amazing with me and my newly adopted cat, Phillip. They went the extra mile to both give him a nail trim AND walk me home because I was nervous bringing him over in an unconventional carrier. Thrilled to find a lovely team for my furry guy in the neighborhood. Thanks both!

Very helpful and kind to both me and my new puppy! This was our first time visiting this vet in the West Village location and we received extremely detailed and knowledgable information from Anthony, Vance and Dr Nguyen. The service was prompt and met our exact needs. Highly recommended.

Heart of Chelsea is top notch. Cared for my last dog so well for near 17 years, and though i moved away , i still make the trek with my new pup, for the level of expertise present. Went to their new West Village location today - gorgeous, modern and luxuriously spacious. Highly recommended.
