SCAM OF INSURANCE
My vet visit in its entirety was denied due to “ pre-existing” however, not everything on that vet bill was part of the pre-existing, but they put a blanket denial across all of it, even with a senior blood draw that was previously paid out last year. Avoid this company you won’t be able to talk to any customer service nor is there an email to contact.

When I call I can get a live friendly agent who is knowledgeable and can give me information on the status of my claim. After the call I am satisfied with the information that was given. A payment link was given so I could decide how I wanted to receive my payment from the claim.

First claim for our new puppy
This was my first claim for my new puppy and it could not have been easier! It was a very stressful time trying to make sure our puppy was okay and after multiple vet and ER visits, it was time to submit the claim and it took me probably 10 minutes. MetLife was so quick to review and provide reimbursement that it made it one less thing to worry about while we made sure our puppy was feeling better. Nothing but great things to say about this experience with MetLife!
