Be prepared and plan ahead
Plan was affordable and covers a lot of unnecessary expenses I would otherwise have to pay out of pocket with no reimbursement from anyone.

Prompt Processing and Payments!
I have had two dogs insured by Pets Best for a number of years. With every claim I have submitted, both the processing and payments of claims has been very prompt! I, also, appreciate the variety of choices for deductibles and reimbursement. Customer Service has been courteous and thorough. I highly (and often) recommend Pets Best!

I felt like I couldn't afford pet insurance, now I can't afford to be without it.
Figo is a great insurance
Figo is a great insurance. It's so user friendly in filing claims, explanation of charges & credits is clear & precise. Getting refunded is quick & effortless! You can pick your type of coverage needed. We have definitely saved a lot on vet bills. We got Figo insurance through Costco which added to the savings.

My policies increased by 57%
The customer rep was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. However, I am very unhappy with the fact that my premiums increased 57%. As a result I have had to reduce my coverage. If this happens again next year I will be changing my insurance company.

Rates keep going up and up
My rates keep going up and up significantly after four years with a healthy Goldendoodle and no claims. Their website stinks. I couldn’t make changes on it… said it was under renovation. Called up, talked to pleasant rep, but she said she wasn’t a broker so she couldn’t do anything. Very frustrating experience. My rates went up from $62-$77 in one year for the same coverage. I started four years ago at about $42. It’s almost doubled in four years with no claims. To get monthly rates back down to anout $62, had to significantly reduce coverage by increasing deductible and increase the out-of-pocket. Considering dropping soon. It’s so much money and you get very little in return
