I Can't Recommend Pets Best Enough!
Usually, I dread dealing with insurance companies (doesn't everyone?!), but Pets Best has been a refreshing exception. We've had our policy for just under a year, and I genuinely couldn't be happier. The customer service has been outstanding, claims are processed promptly, explanations of benefits are clear and easy to understand, and reimbursements for eligible expenses arrive quickly. The coverage has been worth every penny of the annual premium—especially with a mischievous little puppy! I truly can't recommend Pets Best enough. We tell everyone how satisfied we are, and I hope they don't change a thing. I almost never write reviews, so please know that I mean every word of this one. Pets Best was recommended to us by several of my colleagues, and now I'm the one recommending it to my friends, family, and anyone looking to give their pet the best possible care. The greatest gift this insurance provides is peace of mind. When our girl needs veterinary care, we never have to hesitate or worry that the cost of an unexpected accident or illness will force us into difficult decisions. We know she can receive the best care available, and we don't have to carry the financial stress alone. Fast claim processing without delays
I filed 4 separate claims for a cancer diagnosis in my pet, The first claim went to deductible and the subsequent 3 were paid rapidly and without multiple denials or questions. I am very pleased with the speed and process.

Affordable Pets Best Insurance
I've never had pet insurance but we have a new 1 year old cat so I signed up with Pets Best. At a young age, the insurance is affordable. Still, I didn't know if it would be worthwhile. It was. I added a Wellness Plan and took the cat to my vet for a checkup. Pets Best reimbursed me for her exam, heartworm test and, surprisingly, for her Preventative flea/tick/heartworm meds. That alone was worth the investment. It takes away the worry when I have to take her to the vet. "
Insurance Becomes Unaffordable When You Need It Most
I have been a loyal customer for 12 years, paying my premiums every year without interruption. Now that my dog is a senior and needs insurance the most, the premium has become so high that keeping the policy is no longer affordable. Charging over $5,000 a year for a 12-year-old dog, while still limiting annual coverage to $10,000 and requiring a deductible and co-pay, feels unreasonable. Long-term customers should not be priced out of the coverage they've faithfully paid for over many years. I expected loyalty to matter. Instead, I feel penalized for having kept my pet insured for so long. This has been a very disappointing experience.

So far very happy
I have not actually had to submit a claim to Fetch yet so unsure how that will work. But, my representative, Megan, was amazing and spent the time to go through all my options with no pressure twice. I think pet insurance depends a lot on your breed of pet, but I needed unlimited yearly benefits for my Cavalier and even though I probably won't use much for awhile, I am happy to have it through Fetch. Their pricing was comparable to others with less yearly mazimumes.

On 7/27/26 I called customer service…
On 7/27/26 I called customer service and spoke with Elizabeth about Gunther’s renewal for insurance. I was not happy abut the new renewal amount and Elizabeth assured me that we could work out something. We have been customers for over 16 years and have insured 4 of our fur babies with Fetch. True to Elizabeth’s word she did just that. It was a big relief knowing that we could stay with Fetch, a company we knew and trusted. Thank you so much Elizabeth. Lshipmon

I haven't used the actual MetLife pet…
I haven't used the actual MetLife pet insurance yet thankfully but I purchased it because it was slightly cheaper than what I had before & it covered 80% of the cost instead of just 70% however they do change the price on you from one page to the next until you get to the actually payment page so watch out for that.
