Sonnet is the best
I want to say three points with my experience. This is the first time of having Sonnet. 1. I like the policy and price I have home and two auto. 2. Finally sonnet solved the payment problem and made it working. I met a payment problem with my credit card. Sonnet tried to resolve it for 10 days. And finally I could. 3. Kind agents. I had to explain more than 5 times with different agents. They were all very kind and tried to help me.

My vet suggested I get insurance for my dog when he was a puppy. At first I balked but then remembered the vet bills I had with my 3 previous dogs (more so end of life care) and I changed my mind. I didn't even think to use it at first for Bogey's post op complications as I really purchased it for the supposed skin and stomach issues my breed is famous for. Submitting the claim was easy and fast. I had my answer and am receiving a refund that I hadn't planned on. I'm glad I listened to my vet and found Spotpet.

It was suggested that I contact Fetch by Petlink, who helped us locate our missing Bengal. I called Fetch to see if what was available, could be better than the policy we had with another company. I had the grand pleasure of speaking with Megan . . . so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. . . . no pressure and very thorough. We ended up with a MUCH better policy at a MUCH lower cost! BEWARE
BEWARE! My policy renewed with no Notification it was about to renew -or- that it was increased nearly 65% more than last year's Policy -or- that the money was automatically charged to me! Embrace Customer Service tried to justify this to me by apologizing, but did nothing about it. The Rep tried to re-quote my Policy and it automatically reverted back to my previous cost BUT then told me it was a mistake due to a computer glitch! Unethical, sleezy, underhanded business. Think twice before signing on with EMBRACE.

My claim filing was easy this time! Really fast delivery of funds, I would have given 5 stars however after 1 year they increased coverage over $20 per month. I understand age in my pet is involved as well. I think as far as insurance companies go Pumpkin is still a solid choice.
