Easy to sign up, submit claims and lots of coverage
Its really easy to sign up and submit claims. We adopted a 6 year old dog and they did not make it difficult to neither get coverage nor for medical history (that was a mystery to us). They have covered so much and they take care of claims quickly, even for really complicated ones like a big surgery. We're so thankful we got Health Paws as soon as we adopted him.

Figo came through when our dog got sick
We have had Figo for our Havanese Poodle mix since we got him as a pup. We had never had to make a claim until our dog Asher, now age 7, suddenly developed a scary autoimmune disease that caused his platelets to plummet (ITP). Asher had to be hospitalized for several days and needed a blood transfusion and various other medical procedures. The hospital bill for him was significant and so we filed our first set of claims, hoping Figo would come through. We have been so happy with their service! They covered substantial portions of the claims in a timely fashion. Once the claim is processed, the money is deposited right into our accounts. We are so grateful that we chose Figo when Asher was a puppy. It has given us tremendous peace of mind knowing that we were able to do everything possible to save his life. I’m happy to report that Asher is being weaned off of his meds and is doing very well. Figo continues to cover the ongoing costs.
