Zero communication
I was never told that my new policy was being terminated. My dog is sick right on the day I found out his policy was randomly terminated with no communication warning whatsoever from this company. I am devastated and scared that I will either lose my home or my dog because I cannot afford an emergency vet out of pocket and depend on this insurance to be able to keep my dog well. I was told by a customer rep when I called in December about my policy expiring that I would receive notifications and that was a flat out lie. I have not received any notification other then my new policy document.

Web site not available for a month. Mobile app started working but some functioned not working
Have been satisfied for a few years until recently. The web site will not let me sign on, get a 404 error. This has been going on for a month. The mobile app just started working to sign on, but can't get to any functions like setup and payment setup. Called support number and they were no help at all.

Spot has been amazing
Spot has been amazing. Unfortunately, I have had to use it more than I prefer, but they always reimburse very quickly. With Vet care being so expensive, it has given me piece of mind to know that I can rely on my Spot insurance.

Good site, bad printing
The site was easy to navigate and finish the insurance order, but printing was a pain. As a matter of fact, the print option for the receipt just doesn't work and gives a javascript null error.

I LOVE Fetch!
My kitty cat had to get surgery to remove stones from his bladder and fetch pet insurance saved me. His costs after staying for 6 days in the vet was just shy of $5,000. They accepted my claim and paid me out 80% within two weeks of me submitting the claim. I am forever grateful for my friend convincing me to get insurance through Fetch. If anyone is debating on getting pet insurance, look no further. Their customer service representatives are amazing and very helpful. I will be staying with Fetch for as long as I can look toward the future. THANK YOU FETCH for giving me relief in these hard times!

Be aware
Most of the customer service representative were helpful and nice. However my bill increased by $45.00/month. My plan is expensive and does not even include wellness visits. When I first became a customer, they labeled my 6 pound Yorkie vicious, and my other Yorkie with anxiety because he needed medicine once for a car drive to Florida for motion sickness because he vomits un the car. They just label your dog so the company does not to cover any potential/future issues. My vet records never used words or implied that my dog was anxious or vicious. I’m in the process of shopping around now for new insurance.
