All my claims, except 1, have gone through without a problem. Even that 1 that had an issue was cleared up easily.

Wonderful caring people
I've been with metlife pet for several years now and they are amazing. The coverage for my pet is excellent. When I lost one of my babies they were so caring and understanding. They are the example of caring pet people and understand our needs. Plus the saving are such a blessing with all I have to so for my pet specially as he is getting older we'll worht it. Thank u so much for caring and making it easy to do so.

Too long to get reimbursed
In my opinion, wait for 2 or more weeks to get reimbursed is too much. My dog is with a very bad condition and I hope I can get back my 70% as contract. Every month my payment is there, on time. I wish I could have the same from them.
