I started going to Bay Animal Hospital a few years ago when they were the only clinic available to see my dog for an emergency. I’ve been using them as my primary vet since then. The staff is friendly, caring, and very informative. I’m very picky with the care I get for my three animals - they surpass my expectations every time I go there! You can tell they all love the animals they see and only give the best care for them. Huggeeee thank you to all of the staff at Bay Animal! You guys are great! 😊

Dr. Hanna is always so patient and kind. She sticks to the topic at hand and doesn’t talk your ear off! She’s very professional and knows what she’s talking about. My dog deals with aggression issues and she stuck strictly to the topic. She listens well and doesn’t interrupt. She has a huge heart for animals and it shows. I hope she doesn’t leave BAH because she’s the reason I continue to take my pets there. I also give 5 stars to the support staff and vet techs that have always been good to me and my pets over the last 9 years.
