Easy to use, quick for reimbursement

Very easy to file claims. Customer service, when I have used them, is helpful and responsive. Claims can sometimes take a bit of time, but they always do a good job of communicating what might be slowing the process down. Reimbursement is seamless too!

Mediocre

While I did not have a negative experience, Pets Best takes an exceeding long time to process claims, and I still have not received my payout from my most recent claim. I also don't like that the EOB gives you minimal information to figure out questions regarding your claim

Emma’s Vet bills - Diabetes/Other

MetLife Pet insurance has been highly supportive and has reimbursed me for many Vet visits over the last few months. As my best friend (Miss Emma-Yellow Lab) was diagnosed with Diabetes as 10 year old dog recently.
