Transparent, friendly, and helpful!
I called Fetch to get more information about their pet insurance after rescuing a new dog, and I was lucky enough to speak with Amanda Mello. She was so friendly, relatable, and made me feel comfortable asking my many, many questions. She was so knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with what Fetch had to offer. With a previous pet, I had a different pet insurance carrier and was considering sticking with them out of familiarity, however, Amanda singlehandedly earned my trust and I switched to Fetch. I also called 2 other pet insurance companies and the transparency, clarity, and confidence I felt about Fetch was strengthened after discussions with those other carriers. I emailed a follow-up question to Amanda and she responded very quickly and made the adjustment to my quote and I promptly signed up for the policy! I'm a new customer, so I don't have experience yet with claims and coverage yet, but the onboarding process and what it looks like Fetch will cover sounds great. Thank you to Amanda for all of her help!

We have one dog and three cats insured…
We have one dog and three cats insured by MetLife, and we have never once regretted it. The times we have taken out pets to the vet for check-ups or if an emergency, MetLife has had our backs. We use the App and once we have paid the vet bill, I immediately submit the bill to MetLife via the app and await reimbursement, per our insurance agreement. This last pet visit to the vet was on a Wednesday, and I submitted that same day, and received the funds in my bank account the following Friday. I would recommend everyone to please get MetLife for your pets, and for your own peace of mind.
