Lisa is amazing!
We forgot to remove our puppy off of Trupanion coverage (about a year ago) and needed to change payment from a credit card to bank account. Lisa helped me out over the phone on how to change payment type. I asked her to not worry about reimbursing us and she gave us back pay for 60 days. Very considerate! Thank you for your professionalism and great service!

It is the website- I was completely blocked from signing in- It could not process my password, my phone # or my email- I had to call to let them know that my dog had died- I am unable to access any records online. It is so frustrating for the care of my other dogs.

I had to submit a claim for my dogs surgery to remove a tumor. I submitted the claim and at first it was incomplete, and I was notified of what I needed to submit. I called to get clarification and the person at spot was very helpful andprofessional. My claim was approved in a timely manner so far, very pleased with the whole process.
