Post-application discrepancy

At the end of the application process screenshots were taken. I had applied for a $250 deductible and 80% reimbursement at a certain price. The email received showed the correct monthly price and deductible; however, reimbursement is shown at 70%. I emailed the company requesting clarification/confirmation and a number of days later have received no reply. Hoping when the policy information is received that it will match my application for coverage desired. Meanwhile, glad I have screenshots showing the policy number and details stated above.

We got an agent named Megan amazing service

I was not informed that she would need…

I was not informed that she would need to have seen a veterinarian before they approved my application. In addition they changed me $75 and them sent an email stating what was needed. I explained from the very beginning that she is a rescue from a non family member who didn’t have any paperwork.
