We had a very nice experience with Embrace. After we misplaced reimbursement checks, their support team quickly checked the status, confirmed they were not deposited, and issued replacements without any hassle. Everything was handled smoothly. 😄

when looking over recent payment email…

when looking over recent payment email i noticed you used the wrong totals in charges incurred. i called and agent said check will be issued for incorrect totals and another check for corrected totals. i understand people make mistakes BUT if i didn't examine email would never have picked up on this. also, you use the discounted total instead of original charge. that is a courtesy to me as a long time Vet customer. I feel you should not use that!

Good coverage but had to drop two dogs…

Good coverage but had to drop two dogs because of premium increases and now premiums have gone up on other two dogs. Almost back where I started from. Customer service very good but rapidly becoming unaffordable. I now have two dogs completely uninsured.
