Figo is a great insurance. It's so user friendly in filing claims, explanation of charges & credits is clear & precise. Getting refunded is quick & effortless! You can pick your type of coverage needed. We have definitely saved a lot on vet bills. We got Figo insurance through Costco which added to the savings.

I have two rescued dogs
I have two rescued dogs and this is the first time that I have pet insurance coverage (7 previous rescued bichons). Very happy with the Healthy Paw's customer service, speed of paying claims, and the claim process. Clear instructions. Coverage outlined in non-legalize language. Highly recommend.

My policies increased by 57%
The customer rep was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. However, I am very unhappy with the fact that my premiums increased 57%. As a result I have had to reduce my coverage. If this happens again next year I will be changing my insurance company.
