BEWARE
BEWARE! My policy renewed with no Notification it was about to renew -or- that it was increased nearly 65% more than last year's Policy -or- that the money was automatically charged to me! Embrace Customer Service tried to justify this to me by apologizing, but did nothing about it. The Rep tried to re-quote my Policy and it automatically reverted back to my previous cost BUT then told me it was a mistake due to a computer glitch! Unethical, sleezy, underhanded business. Think twice before signing on with EMBRACE.

Deemed my dog with a “pre-existing condition” which he did not have. They approved some of his meds and then told me it was a mistake! I cannot enroll him in any other insurance because of this. His vet even called them to argue the point that he did not have allergies. That’s why he’s still enrolled with this company

Terrible service
Terrible service. Denied my dogs broken tooth surgery even though it should be covered. The amount they were willing to pay didn’t even cover the deductible even though the surgery was $2000. Gingivitis has nothing to do with why his tooth broke and that is their justification for not paying.
